Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Information:

We offer Free shipping on orders above Rs 3000

If the value of the products added is less than Rs. 3000, then shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

Shipping time: All products will take 3 – 6 Working  days to deliver(This may vary in some cases).

Order Cancellations:

You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours of placing it. If canceled later, it might result in a complete ban from shopping with us.

Refunds:

We will only refund the order in the following cases:
– If the product delivered to you the 2nd time was damaged, provided the damage was proven to our agents via the required information.

Cases we do not give out refunds:

Items bought on sale do not qualify for exchange or refund.

Please note: Due to the differences in color because of screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

Note: Complaints made after 48 hours of receiving the product will not be entertained. Complaints may take up to 2 – 3 weeks to be processed.

In case of an error on our end, we will bear the delivery of picking up the damaged item and sending a replacement.

Damaged product or Error from our side:

If the product received is damaged then please inform us within 48 hours. In case of an error on our end, we will send you a new product and we will bear the delivery of picking up the damaged item and sending a replacement.

Note: Products are only qualified for exchange if they are unused & packing is in its original condition.

Delivery and Rider:

Please note that we use Some of the best third party courier services i.e TCS, Trax and etc to deliver the products so they are delivered to you as safely as possible.

Disclaimer:  While we work with courier companies as partners, We are not responsible for any actions taken by the third party delivery company’s contractors or employees i.e Riders, staff etc. You are advised to be careful when receiving your packages as we do not control their actions (Since we do not deliver your products ourselves). For Cash on delivery packages, You are especially advised to pay only the amount mentioned on the package or the invoice we send you via email.
